Seppeltsfield Village Eden Valley Riesling 2018
From Seppeltsfield, the historic winery founded in the Barossa Valley in 1851, this is a superbly elegant Eden Valley Riesling true to varietal and regional form. From their celebrated ‘Village’ Range this mouth-watering dry white captures the prestige, tradition and skill of the Seppeltsfield winemaking team. Perfect for gifts for worthy loved ones and business associates, or worthy of pride of place on any meal table.
The colour of this Eden Valley Riesling is pale straw with delightful aromas of lifted bath salts and white jasmine, as well as bright notes of citrus. The fresh lime and lemon follows through to the palate, supporting the mouth-watering acidity you can expect from the region and varietal. Great with a big plate of South Australian king prawns, or cellar it for it up to 10 years – the toasty characters will continue to develop with patience.
