Refunds and Returns
We offer returns (refunds) in line with your rights under Australian Consumer Law:
'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged or does not match the items ordered we will gladly refund you the price of your purchase including the delivery charges or exchange the product upon presentation of your proof of purchase, again incurring the delivery or return charges as specified.
With the wines under 10 years old we will happily offer you the refund for the full amount or offer a recommendation. Wines over 10 years old however it is "Buyers Beware!" as we cannot guarantee the condition of the wine on such aged wines. Rest assured we do purchase from respectable sellers and directly from the house/winery, we check the condition meticulously and store our wines in temperature and humidity controlled storage units until shipping. We will even contact you if the shipping weather is going to be too hot!
In the circumstance of a refund for changing your mind, the goods can be refunded on return and the delivery charges will be deducted from the refund to the customer. However, if you ask us to purchase the stock specifically (a special order) we will not be able to refund you for a change of mind.
To arrange a refund or return please call directly on 1300 08WINE (089 463) as soon as you identify the problem and allow up to 10 business days to process your refund or exchange.
Our hours of operation are 7:30am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday(AEDT excluding public holidays)
