AUSTRALIAN CONSUMER LAW
Our Returns Policy includes the rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law and provides additional benefits in addition to those rights.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
'Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.'
- If in the event your purchase is faulty, damaged, wrongly described or breaches a consumer guarantee we will refund or exchange with proof of purchase.
- If your purchase incurred a delivery fee, we will cover the cost of delivery for the return if we are at fault (i.e wrong product delivered, fault with the product including damage caused in transit or breach of a consumer guarantee.) In all other circumstances, the delivery charge will be deducted from the refund value.
WINES OVER 10 YEARS OF AGE
Provenance plays an important role when buying wine and every effort is made to accurately describe the condition regardless of value. While a caveat applies to our vintages, please be assured that our wine is stored under climate-controlled conditions, we only purchase from sellers where provenance is clear and all wines are meticulously checked and described to ensure we provide clear information on the individual wines.
