About Malbec Wine

Malbec grape is the pride of Chile and Argentina. Its most famous single varietal examples are from Mendoza where it thrives in the higher elevation of the Andes and showcases dark fruit flavours and a smoky finish. Malbec is predominantly a blending grape in Australia to soften a Cabernet Sauvignon and integral to a Right Bank Bordeaux when paired with Merlot and Petit Verdot.
