Once and Well Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with wild black cherries and cassis. This is a classical dark fruited, savoury Margaret River red. The fine tannins frame a very complete wine.
Once & Well Chardonnay has a vibrant, rich nose of lychees and pineapple, citrus, some spice, nougat and hints of jasmine. Its in harmony with the light and refreshing palate supported by vanilla and spicy oak.
