Since 1813, Noilly Prat Original Dry has been carefully crafted from the same secret recipe, but we do know the makers of Noilly Prat Original Dry scour the globe, gathering the most premium ingredients available for their exceptional dry vermouth. In the 19th century, casks of wine aged as they were transported across the sea on open decks of sailing ships. The Noilly family decided to recreate the effects in L’Enclos next to the Mediterranean, where the fine dry whites wines used in Noilly Prat Original Dry, are aged for 12 months, exposed to the elements. It makes for perfect vermouth to enjoy with a twist or in your favourite Martini recipe.
Tasting notes

This clear and bright Vermouth fills the glass with herbal aromas balanced with subtle floral notes and hints of chamomile. Its dry taste is light, delicate and bitter.
