Once and Well Cabernet Sauvignon is bursting with wild black cherries and cassis. This is a classical dark fruited, savoury Margaret River red. The fine tannins frame a very complete wine.
Redcurrants, blueberries and dark cherries headline the energetic palate of the Leeuwin Preleude Cabernet Sauvignon. Cedar and cassia notes surround the deep core of fruit, finishing with dusty, graphite-like tannins.
Fraser Gallop Parterre Cabernet Sauvignon is a succulent, medium-bodied wine with blackberries and redcurrants with hints of seaweed, bay leaf and lapsang tea before soft and supple tannins.
