Tasting notes

Lark Symphony Nº1 100ml. Nose: Fresh mango, toasted pineapple, orange, vanilla and tangerines. Luscious and fruity. Palate: Peaches, apricot, even more mango, and sweet Tasmanian apples dipped in toffee. Finish: Fresh fruit and citrus. This whisky has length, poise and balance.

Lark Classic Cask (Rum Cask III) 100ml. Nose: Full and sweet. Golden syrup, stewed apple, cloves, and almond nougat. Palate: Wonderfully lifted, warm, and slightly resinous. Dark toffee, candied citrus, and nutty dry oak. Finish: Gunpowder, tobacco, and treacle. The Rum really comes into it’s own on the finish and invokes romantic musings of the Wild West.
