The gin's defining character is its second tier botanicals of lemon myrtle leaf, coriander seed, Tasmanian pepper berry and freshly peeled sun-dried sweet orange peel. Its unique and distinctive colour is from a post-distillation infusion of specially-prepared petals of the butterfly pea flower steeped in the still for twenty-four hours.
