A refined, blended whiskey from the highlands of Scotland, Dimple has been distilled to the original Haig family recipe for over 120 years. The unique shape of the Dimple bottle has remained unchanged since 1890 and adds further character to a whiskey whose 15-year-old cousin's 1960s, and 70s releases are much sought high-priced collector's items. While the whiskey purist would never sully a fine scotch by mixing it, we maverick party people have no hesitation in recommending it in a Rusty Nail or keeping it accurate to the glens in a Rob Roy.
Tasting notes

Light cinnamon and nutmeg flavours are in harmony with the trademark ginger from the cardamom. There is also crushed coriander seed, preserved citrus and juniper base on the palate.
