Vermouth is a fortified and aromatized wine, topped with Brandy and flavoured with herbs, spices and sugar. Cinzano vermouths date back to 1757 and Cinzano Bianco Vermouth is flavoured with herbs like wormwood, cinnamon and citrus which is why experts regard it as one of the finest vermouths, the perfect balance of sweet and dry. It has moved on from being regarded as an aperitif and of course features in probably the best-known cocktail, The Martini.

Tasting notes
A delicate infusion of white peach, flower blossom and freshly spiced marjoram, with notes of fresh thyme dazzle on the nose. The palate is at once sweet with hints of fruit, vanilla bean and cinnamon. It's persistent finish is bittersweet.
