Sydney Distiller Archie Rose starts its original vodka with a 96% alcohol by volume pure wheat spirit, made from Australian wheat which provides a hint of flavour they really like. The final distillation run heightens natural flavours and goes through their unique steam heated, Tasmanian made copper still as the botanicals are cool vapour infused. The result is a delicious modern vodka that sits comfortably in its cork stoppered bottle on the top shelf, ready to sip over ice or in that Vodka Martini welcome cocktail.
